Responsibilities

Evaluate the merits of potential mass tort and product liability cases
Manage an active litigation docket with cases at various stages of development
Conduct client intake and maintain consistent client communication
Draft plaintiff fact sheets, claim submissions, correspondence, and reports
Review, organize, and analyze medical records and other case documentation
Prepare detailed case evaluations, damages analyses, and settlement recommendations
Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and discovery materials
Maintain docket calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, and staff
Manage and direct an assigned intake or support team, as applicable
Interface with clients, client representatives, and experts
Participate in firm-wide case strategy and team collaboration

Required

JD from an accredited law school
At least one year of litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, warranty defense, insurance defense, or complex civil litigation
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
Ability to accurately assess legal risk and calculate damages and settlement options
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume docket with minimal supervision
Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Willingness to travel periodically for case related support as needed

Preferred

Active California bar license and good standing
Qualified candidates licensed in other states may be considered
