Responsibilities

Rapidly design 60% still content: High-speed creation of graphics, carousels, infographics, and static posts using efficient tools like Canva (with templates), Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator

Quickly produce 40% video content: Fast-turnaround short-form videos (15-60 seconds for Reels/TikTok/Shorts) via scripting, editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar—emphasizing batch workflows and reusable assets

Maintain daily output pace to support up to 8 posts/day, ensuring all content is original and compliant with copyright/trademark guidelines Per client

Optimize content swiftly for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) with trending formats, captions, and hashtags

Collaborate on tight content calendars, incorporating real-time client feedback and platform analytics for quick adjustments

Monitor Social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize engagement

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and leadership teams to align content with business goals

Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly

Organize and maintain content libraries and files
