Responsibilities

Proactively manage and maintain CEO & CFO schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, presentation materials and handouts
Manage expense report for select executives
Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage CEO’s calendar and email to triage and create prioritization
Coordinate and take notes and follow-ups in leadership and sales meetings
Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
Welcoming guests and employees in the office
Manage day-to-day office duties to include but not limited to acting as the fire warden, managing maintenance needs, ordering supplies, security badges, kitchen maintenance, etc
Managing logistics and catering for company events and meetings
Identify opportunities for the improvement in the effectiveness of the Executive team
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
