Responsibilities
Design end-to-end conversation flows for an AI voice agent handling appointment scheduling and patient support
Define the brand’s voice across phone, search, in-app messaging, and more
Write scripts and prompts that sound natural when spoken aloud and feel human when read on screen
Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams
Analyze call transcripts to improve dialogue performance and address breakdowns
Bring a conversational lens to everything from transactional emails to search result responses
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in conversational design, UX writing, or content design, with exposure to voice or AI-powered experiences
Can share a portfolio of conversation flows, sample dialogues, or content systems
Writes clearly, naturally, and with empathy – for both voice and screen
Understands the basics of conversational AI tech (intents, prompts, context)
Thrives in ambiguity and is energized by variety
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or designing for sensitive, high-stakes conversations
