Responsibilities
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring across North America and India, aligned with workforce planning and business priorities
Participate in intake discussions, candidate screenings, and regional market research to ensure role clarity, competitive positioning, and timely hiring for critical roles
Advise leaders on role design, talent availability, regional market benchmarks, and compensation alignment, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across both regions
Support onboarding and early employee integration for North America and India hires to accelerate time-to-productivity, enhance engagement, and improve retention outcomes
Design, develop, and present comprehensive HR dashboards and analytics reports (including headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, and DEI metrics) to support leadership decision-making
Analyze people data to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business and HR leaders
Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives using defined metrics, and drive continuous, data-driven improvements aligned with business outcomes
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and consistency across HR systems and reporting tools, partnering with HRIS and stakeholders to maintain high data standards
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
Partner with leaders to define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics at individual, team, and organizational levels
Coach managers on effective performance conversations, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Promote a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and action planning
Partner with leaders to address engagement gaps and improve employee experience
Support change management, culture initiatives, and values-driven behaviors
Manage employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, consistency, and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including demonstrated experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or Talent Partner role
Minimum 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end hiring experience for North America, including intake, sourcing partnership, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate closing
Strong experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders, with solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Proven expertise in performance management, KPI development, HR analytics, and executive-level reporting
Demonstrated experience driving employee engagement, culture, and change initiatives
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to workforce planning and talent management
Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, reporting tools, Excel, and data visualization tools, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
