Review contract and design documents for compliance and constructability
Lead 3-Phase QC process and develop installation checklists
Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and report quality data
Coordinate with GC/Owner and resolve quality issues

Qualification

Required

Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, estimation, or quality control
Journeyman License required or ability to obtain
Proficient in interpreting contracts, drawings, BIM models, NEC codes, and industry standards
Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency
Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent quality-related experience
