Qualification
Required
15+ years of interior design experience
Registered Interior Designer
Strong all-rounder: concept design, technical delivery, and client leadership
Experience managing teams, mentoring designers, and reviewing work
Confident presenting design ideas and managing client expectations
Strong technical knowledge (codes, building systems, materials, FF&E)
Proficient in Revit and core design tools
Comfortable overseeing budgets, schedules, and consultants
