Responsibilities
Audit inbound demographic files to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify discrepancies or anomalies in demographic data and take appropriate corrective actions
Collaborate with the SOA and OM to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Review demographic data mappers to ensure that data mappings are logical and generating accurate results
Develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and efficiency
Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Document audit procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference
Stay informed about best practices
Qualification
Required
Attention to detail and a commitment to precision
Ability to audit inbound demographic files to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Capability to identify discrepancies or anomalies in demographic data and take appropriate corrective actions
Experience collaborating with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Skill in reviewing demographic data mappers to ensure logical data mappings and accurate results
Ability to develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy and efficiency
Strong communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders clearly and concisely
Experience documenting audit procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference
