Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is a growth-focused metal distribution company expanding into new territories through a sales pod model. The Junior Inside Sales Representative will be a core member of a sales pod, working closely with a Senior Sales Representative to develop new accounts and grow existing customers.

Responsibilities

Support the sales pod’s Senior Sales Representative in managing and growing a defined book of business
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes for assigned pod accounts
Process orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system
Communicate daily with customers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet pod service levels
Participate in outbound call campaigns and account development efforts within the pod
Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM
Learn metal products, grades, applications, and market pricing trends
Contribute ideas to improve pod performance, efficiency, and customer experience
Gradual ownership of accounts and responsibilities as performance increases

Required

Must be able to work full-time, on-site in Bensalem, PA (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or industry experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and via email
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Ability to learn technical product information
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career
