Logistics Technology Analyst
Menasha Corporation, through its ORBIS business, is focused on optimizing supply chains with innovative packaging solutions. The Logistics Technology Analyst will implement and improve the Transport Management System, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities
Provide timely assistance to internal & external users in resolving TMS system functionality and performance issues. Act as escalation point person between internal/external customers and technical resources, if required
Partner with internal stakeholders to design new TMS functionality by assisting in the definition of project scope, work/project plans, and timelines. Then, then working directly with internal and external IT resources to implement
Support system software upgrades through functionality and regression testing
Define, implement, test, and document new technologies to enhance current and future business processes
Provide solutions for projects and continuous improvement while leveraging TMS system capabilities and configurations
Asses TMS system to include future company growth and routings to multiple distribution centers; adjust optimization as needed to accommodate changes in business VST models
Manage carrier and customer contracts/rate tables to support various pricing initiatives
Support functional area continuous improvement projects
Establish and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Experience with Change Management
Qualification
Required
