Provides mutual funds transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach
Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers
Skilled support representative working on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant judgement within defined procedures
Demonstrates advanced functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions
Guides less experienced team members and may act in a team leadership capacity
May recommend new procedures
