Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with healthcare finance: managed care & health insurance
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills
Strong leadership presence and ability to communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
High integrity and commitment to quality and accountability
Preferred
CPA preferred (or equivalent experience)
