Responsibilities
Own and execute a multi-year enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned to business priorities
Define and govern architectural plans for data governance, lineage, quality, privacy, and security
Translate business, analytics, and AI needs into scalable data architecture designs
Ensure data platforms support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and self-service reporting
Define and enforce enterprise data architecture principles, patterns, and standards
Provide architectural oversight for major data initiatives and solution reviews
Lead and mentor a team of data architects, setting clear expectations and ensuring quality outcomes
Partner with business leaders, analytics teams, and technology stakeholders to understand data needs
Collaborate with application owners and platform architects to ensure designs are scalable and sustainable
Monitor and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines for performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of professional experience in technology
5+ years in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or related data management roles
5+ years of experience in cloud data environments (AWS or Azure)
3+ years in a leadership position
Deep expertise in data modeling, database design, and cloud platforms
Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
