Data and Compliance Integrity Manager
Tiro is on a mission to shape the next generation of scientists and technologists, and they are seeking a Data and Compliance Integrity Manager to oversee compliance operations and ensure data integrity. The role involves leading audits, designing onboarding processes, and collaborating across teams to enhance compliance and support the learner experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead internal/external (DfE) audits, quality assurance, and compliance for Tiro’s apprenticeship provision to ensure we are compliant with all our regulatory requirements
Use data not just to check accuracy, but to tell a story. Spotting patterns, identifying risks, and turning findings into improvement
Design, implement and oversee a compliant onboarding process, ensuring eligibility checks, prior attainment and evidence are complete and accurate
Design and maintain systems that keep compliance consistent from enrolment to achievement
Implement regular file audits and data validation checks, ensuring everything stands up to DfE, Ofsted and EPAO scrutiny
Help teams understand not just *what* compliance requires, but *why* it matters, building confidence, accountability, and consistency at every level
Be an experienced leader within compliance and know all there is to know about apprenticeship funding rules, audits, quality assurance and compliance
Be commercially minded - acutely aware of the impact every learner, every number and every detail has on our business
Be inquisitive and curious, pulling the narrative from the numbers and proactively presenting improvements and solutions
Be a first-class collaborator, educating others to streamline processes and directly impact every learner's journey
Qualification
Required
Experience in Apprenticeship Compliance, Compliance Operations, Department for Education funding rules and regulations, Ofsted regulations and requirements, Exams and End Point Assessment
Ability to build trust through clear, open, and genuine communication with learners and across teams
Ability to balance precision with curiosity as both the Architect and the Auditor
Insight-driven and data confident, leading with data and transforming it into meaningful insight
Resilience, groundedness, and growth mindset, staying calm and focused when things shift
Ability to take responsibility for outcomes, setting direction, giving autonomy, and trusting the team to deliver
Champion technology as an enabler, confidently navigating systems like Aptem, Salesforce, and Power BI
