Responsibilities
Provide expert support in Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring effective management of allowance plans and eligibility determinations
Collaborate with the HRIT team to facilitate configuration changes and support system implementations
Develop and execute high-level test scripts for project handoff and ensure successful transitions to production environments
Assist in the finalization of Workday Time Tracking implementations and support ongoing configuration adjustments
Engage in day-to-day operational support and contribute to the success of various compensation projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Time Tracking functionalities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute test scripts effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in supporting compensation implementation projects and conducting fit-gap assessments
Familiarity with HRIT systems and configuration processes
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
