Responsibilities

Help maintain service to clients

Account management

Respond to any questions from walk-ins about their insurance policy

Renewals

Inquiries on policy

Will be working with a structured plan/workflow on a weekly basis to ensure they complete day to day tasks

Fully on-site that requires attendance Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM – 37 ½ hours 1 day of a pay period. Would get a Tuesday or a Thursday. Can get a 3-day weekend. Work that .2 hour. Busy season 4th quarter. 60 hours of community service. 2.68 hours. 40 hours a year – 2 weeks . can accrue more after the third year
