Human Resources Coordinator
San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. The role involves organizing and coordinating various HR programs and assisting colleagues with HR-related tasks and inquiries.

Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect Human Resources related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Assist with all different facets of Human Resources operation including recruitment, training and basic information of benefits
Assist with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed
Assist with organizing and executing employee events and celebrations
Responsible for resort wide communication. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed
Complete administrative duties including ordering office supplies, creation of flyers, managing and maintaining files, records and databases
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Preferred
college degree
Previous hotel experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
