Maintaining accurate housing and facility records
Coordinating with Campus Housing and other university departments
Overseeing front desk operations and payroll processes
Managing mail and facility access systems
Supporting student outreach efforts
Modeling professional conduct, discretion, and ethical decision-making at all times
Maintaining confidentiality
Handling sensitive information responsibly
Engaging with students in a respectful, developmentally appropriate manner
Contributing to creating a community culture rooted in trust and care
Upholding the mission and values of the Office of Residence Life
Supporting building safety and security through access management, incident reporting, emergency response procedures, and required risk management training
Engaging in ongoing professional development and regular supervision meetings to enhance performance and effectiveness
