Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to define business needs, priorities, and requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications through in-depth analysis
Lead analysis and documentation of cost-benefit assessments to support business cases for new initiatives
Manage work plans to ensure timely delivery of functional specifications for new systems and enhancements
Develop solution proposals that best address business requirements
Analyze projected workflow improvements and cost savings to ensure feasibility and achievability
Prepare and oversee user requirements documentation and system deliverables
Participate in requirements reviews and inspections
Support post-implementation analysis to confirm requirements have been met
Assist in developing training programs and materials for end users
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a Business Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) / CLM platform
Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) Platform – Functional Expertise
