Responsibilities

The ability to autonomously develop, define, and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with overall business objectives, considering market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Elicit and document product requirements
Collaborate with your team to create a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, releases, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery
Prioritize product features and requirements using established frameworks and tools
Document product features in user stories
Lead and participate in Sprint ceremonies
Define product success metrics and conduct data-informed feature optimization and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project strategy and execution
Utilize Agile methodologies in your work
Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the design and functionality of projects contribute to a positive user experience

Qualification

Product management experienceAgile methodologiesSoftware development languagesProduct launch experienceAnalytics toolsClient-facing experienceUser-centric approachLeadership skills

Required

5-7 years of direct product management experience
Extensive experience in building products across diverse industries
Proven zero to one product launch experience
Strong understanding of software development languages such as Flutter, React Native, JavaScript, etc
Solid experience with Agile methodologies and common product management tools like JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, and GitHub
Ability to manage discussions concerning API endpoints and SDK integration
Ability to lead clients confidently and autonomously
Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams
Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, and Mixpanel

Preferred

Ability to conduct research and create user personas
Previous experience in growth marketing
Previous experience with projects involving Flutter
Previous client-facing agency or consulting experience
