LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team in Richmond. This role is fully onsite and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting daily warehouse operations.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualification

Warehouse experienceMaterial handlingInventory systemsAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite full-time

Preferred

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
