Responsibilities
Act as the Business Project Manager for the overall LMS initiative
Partner with Project Sponsors and Functional Managers to develop project charters, RACI/resource grids, and milestone plans
Plan, execute, monitor, and control internal business workstreams, including scope, schedule, cost, and resources
Manage day-to-day execution and project health reporting
Partner with Technology PMs, delivery teams, and external suppliers to manage an integrated program plan
Drive accountability across workstreams using estimates, work plans, and resource plans
Identify project risks early, escalate issues, and drive resolution
Recommend strategies, actions, and alternatives to support informed business decisions
Proactively communicate schedule, cost, benefit, or scope changes and manage approved change controls
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of project management experience
7+ years using project management tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, and Jira
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage highly complex, cross-functional initiatives
Preferred
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) implementations, migrations, or consolidations
10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years within a PMO
8+ years leading projects within insurance and/or wealth management environments
PMP certification or equivalent
Demonstrated success delivering long-term projects on time, within budget, and to scope
Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
