Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring business needs are effectively communicated and addressed
Partner with business leaders, process owners, and executive stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Work closely with the ServiceNow platform team to deliver solutions using Agile and SAFe methodologies
Collaborate with the technology organization’s Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure adherence to SAFe practices
Identify and coordinate resolution of delivery impediments; escalate risks and issues as appropriate
Recommend IT-based solutions to meet business requirements and improve existing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally during the implementation of systems and business processes
Define system scopes, objectives, and required documentation for projects
Evaluate new software products and technologies for their applicability to current and future IT environments
Manage vendor relationships, including tracking issues and following up until resolution
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
Document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and use cases
Support creation and maintenance of project documentation, including process flows, RACI matrices, and status reports
Document UAT test cases and test plans as needed
Support UAT execution and coordinate defect resolution with IT teams
Maintain project collaboration channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and ensure stakeholders have access to up-to-date documentation

Required

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment
Skilled in interviewing end users, gathering problem statements, identifying pain points, and translating business processes into system solutions
Experience scoping solutions in collaboration with architects and technical teams
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its modules; hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow solutions
Focus on business analysis and solution design; not a data or systems analyst role
Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement; ability to understand the long-term ('big picture') and short-term perspectives of situation

Preferred

Big 4 consulting experience is a plus
BA certification is a plus but not required
