Responsibilities

Greet guests by name, offer a personalised welcome, and escort them to their room

Assist with guest reservations, activity itineraries, and pre-arrival recommendations

Conduct daily inspections of arrival rooms to ensure quality standards are met

Prepare registration documents and verify guest bills prior to departure

Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room changes in coordination with Housekeeping

Monitor and support guest itineraries and provide relevant vouchers for activities

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional and empathetic approach

Record guest history and preferences, and share pertinent information with other departments

Answer all phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner

Maintain a tidy and organised work area, lobby, and library
