Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program delivery from planning through execution, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and outcomes
Build and manage core program artifacts, including roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, resourcing plans, risks, and deliverables
Lead governance cadences such as standups, leadership checkpoints, risk escalations, retrospectives, and status reporting
Track, assess, and communicate program health - including risks, blockers, progress, and milestone readiness
Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with clear ownership and success metrics
Drive structured, concise, and insightful communication for client leaders and cross-functional partners
Create and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and program evidence as required by client environments
Eliminate ambiguity by connecting teams, resolving misalignment, and unblocking delivery challenges
Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity and impact across engagements

Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
Excellent judgment and clear stakeholder communication
Ability to influence and align teams across business, technology, product, operations, risk, and compliance

Experience supporting enterprise-scale initiatives across multiple industries
Comfort bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving, or regulated environments
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
Familiarity with delivery metrics, operational SLAs, and governance models
Interest in contributing to internal culture, knowledge sharing, and firm-building initiatives
