Responsibilities
Own hydraulic subsystem design decisions for legacy aircraft platforms
Lead validation and verification activities across hydraulic systems
Perform and review complex hydraulic system analyses using industry-standard tools
Lead technical reviews, planning efforts, and design coordination meetings
Mentor junior engineers and interface with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
9+ years of aerospace hydraulic systems experience
Hands-on experience with hydraulic system analysis tools (EASY5 strongly preferred)
Proven technical leadership in legacy aircraft modification and sustainment programs
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Active or eligibility for a DOD Secret clearance
