Responsibilities

Report to and work closely with an engaged governing Board of Directors
Lead a senior management team of Directors and a staff across seven locations
Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporation in accordance with program standards
Maintain compliance with applicable state & federal laws and regulations
Develop short and long-term objectives for the agency
Oversee development strategies for fundraising to maintain existing financial support partners and generate new funding streams

Required

Minimum BA/BS in non-profit management, business management, or related field
10+ years of related supervisory/executive experience
Experience in the daily operations of a multi service agency, preferably a 501(c)3 nonprofit
Successful history of community involvement including engagement with a wide variety of public & private stakeholders
Experience in maintaining program compliance with state & federal laws and regulations, and funding source restrictions
Candidates Must Undergo a background check that includes a CORI/SORI/BRC fingerprint, according to regulatory standards
