Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline

PMP certification from the PMI

At least five (5) years of experience in project management

At least five (5) years of experience managing IT related projects

Experience in a leadership role for at least three (3) successful projects that were delivered on time and within budget, including a project similar in size to the State of Maryland enterprise-wide implementation

At least three (3) years of experience in managing projects with an organizational change management component that involve working with stakeholder groups across the organization

At least five (5) years of experience using PMI's PMBoK methodologies and artifacts
