Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation defense matters
Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and administrative proceedings
Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
Advise clients on case strategy, risk management, and compliance issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Georgia WC laws and regulatory developments
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
3-7 years of relevant experience in workers' compensation law
Excellent written, oral advocacy skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
Commitment to client service and ethical practice
