The Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate will play a key role in building and scaling the go-to-market motion for new agent acquisition, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for our tech stack, providing systems support such as troubleshooting Salesforce errors, or coaching Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) on how to extract actionable insights from PowerBI
Support the mission by helping define national top-line metrics, budgeting, and establishing individual targets for the sales team
Oversee the end-to-end flow of inbound referrals from initial submission to a successful join for the Agent Referral Program, facilitating the payment cycle and serving as the point person for issue resolution
Ensure that leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions by maintaining data hygiene and proactively identifying and correcting errors
Identify areas for improvement within the current sales process to maximize team efficiency by reviewing existing workflows and designing automated solutions
Act as the connective tissue between the Growth, Finance, Product, Regional Operations, and other departments to ensure total organizational alignment

Required

B.A. or B.S
2+ years of relevant experience
Basic analytical skills: proficient in Google Sheets, ability to gather and clean data and draw out relevant insights
Strong project management and communication skills
Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills
Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude, and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality

Preferred

Familiarity with PowerBI and Salesforce a plus
