Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat with an exceptional level of customer service
Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge
Ability to learn RegEd’s products and explain detail to clients upon completion of training
Qualification
Required
Ability to type at least 35 WPM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and with a team as needed
Proficiency (3+ years) in Microsoft Office Suite
At least 1+ year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry's concepts, practices, and procedures a plus
Masters' Degree in a related field
