Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand NewCold’s presence in the U.S. market

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with major food manufacturers, retailers, and logistics partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, and project management) to design tailored solutions for clients

Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategy

Represent NewCold at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, forecasts, and performance metrics

Required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and international environment

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
