Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule Executive Briefings, Advisory Boards, and Executive Sponsor touchpoints, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and post-meeting communications in partnership with program leads
Own and maintain program tracking systems, ensuring data completeness and integrity for all executive engagement activities
Track and report on program metrics, including participation, satisfaction, and action item completion
Greet and support executive customers during in-person and virtual engagements, delivering a high-touch experience
Ensure onsite and virtual experience satisfaction through proactive support and attention to detail
Support the creation of project plans for Calix Advisory Boards (CABs), ensuring unified intake and execution processes
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and operational support for all executive programs
Manage the funnel of Executive Briefing requests and optimize the workload across our executive team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in program coordination, operations, or executive engagement support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing complex scheduling and logistics for executive-level programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with C-level executives
Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Excel)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to Calix's culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity
Self-starter with a bias for action, exceptional prioritization, and time management skills
