Responsibilities
Drive & Exceed Sales: You will lead by example; selling memberships, preventing cancellations, upselling services, and coaching Spa Consultants on our proven 5-step sales method
Operational Excellence: Assist with staff scheduling, support payroll processing, and manage inventory/supply orders to hit our financial goals
Facility Management: Maintain pristine spa cleanliness and oversee equipment upkeep (including re-lamping) to ensure safety and luxury standards
Leadership: Enforce company policies, oversee opening/closing procedures, and represent the Soleil Tans brand in every interaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of proven sales or retail experience
Must be available for 20 hours/week, including weekends
Self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to do what it takes to succeed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications is required
