They are seeking an experienced Clinical Scribe to assist medical providers in delivering efficient patient care by documenting medical visits and managing communication between staff.

Responsibilities
Accurately prepares and documents details during medical visits, including patient information, vitals, histories, and test results
Organizes the provider’s rounding schedule following daily checklist guidelines
Collects, reviews, and ensures documentation of lab and diagnostic results using tracking tools
Handles basic clerical duties such as faxing, phone calls, and email follow-up
Acts as a communication link between the provider and facility staff
Delivers excellent customer service to patients and facility personnel
Enters orders as needed per facility requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the healthcare industry
Preferred
2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe, Assistant, Transcriptionist, or Medication Aide
