This role will partner closely with strategy, account, and creative teams to deliver breakthrough work that drives conversation, media attention, and brand impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver creative concepts and copy-driven ideas grounded in insight across integrated campaigns, platforms, and activations

Lead copy and concept development that aligns with brand voice, business objectives, and cultural relevance

Produce innovative creative solutions designed to drive earned media, engagement, and conversation

Partner with strategy and planning teams to develop platform ideas and define success metrics

Lead and mentor creative team members, including copywriters, art directors, and designers

Collaborate with senior account leadership to manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment

Work cross-functionally with account, strategy, and creative teams to shape the verbal expression of brand-building ideas

Required

8+ years of experience in a creative agency environment (in-house experience acceptable)

Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating copy-led creative work across traditional, digital, social, and earned media

Proven experience developing creative ideas intended to drive earned media coverage and cultural conversation

Deep understanding of social platforms and content development

Strong conceptual, writing, and storytelling skills

Ability to think strategically and execute creatively

Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
