LTIMindtree is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Consultant to support their enterprise Loyalty Technology Transformation program. The role involves owning Salesforce DevOps for the migration, establishing and operating CICD pipelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Responsibilities

Design implement and run CICD pipelines for Salesforce metadata unlocked packages integrating build test and deploy stages across DevQAUATProd

Configure pipelines in Copado Gearset Flosum GitHub Actions Harness Jenkins including approvals back promotion and rollbacks

Manage SFDX project structure CLI commands and automation scripts for repeatable deployments

Define sandbox taxonomy refresh cadence and scratchorg lifecycle ensure environment parity and data compliance

Orchestrate release calendars and cutovers aligned to program milestones enforce freeze and change windows

Establish Git standards branching PRs code reviews merge strategies tagging and maintain release branches with traceability to user stories and change tickets

Autoate movement of metadata and configuration using SFDX Metadata API change sets and unlocked packages parameterize environment variablessecrets securely

Integrate automated testing Apex unit tests regression packs and quality gates PMDCodeScanSonar

Partner with Data Migration POD to validate data loads support ETL tooling and Salesforce APIs and assist with dress rehearsalscutover plans

Implement data quality checks and reconciliation scripts triage and resolve datarelated deployment issues

Enforce DevSecOps practices RBAC secrets management audit trails and align with Salesforce COE governance and releasemanagement standards

Maintain deployment documentation SOPs and evidences for auditcompliance

Set up monitoring ing for pipeline health and release outcomes deployment success rate test pass rate MTTR drive continuous improvement of DevOps maturity

Act as the primary liaison between offshore teams and client stakeholders ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities

Participate in daily standups sprint planning and release readiness meetings with client teams

Provide realtime support during critical cutovers production deployments and incident resolution

Ensure compliance with clientspecific governance security and audit requirements

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor offshore team members on best practices

Represent DevOps in onshore architecturedesign discussions and provide input on environment strategy and release planning

Coordinate with business and QA teams for UAT signoffs and production readiness

Serve as escalation point for deployment issues and facilitate quick resolution with crossfunctional teams

Required

5 - 8 years in DevOps Release Engineering with 3 years focused on Salesforce enterprise implementations

Handson with SFDX CLI Visual Studio Code Harness and CICD GitHub Actions Harness Jenkins

Proficiency with CopadoGearsetFlosum for pipeline management and governance

Strong grasp of Salesforce metadata models change sets unlocked packages and Metadata API

Experience migrating data using Data Loader ETL tools API's and partnering on end-to-end cutovers

Solid Git fundamentals branching strategies PR reviews conflict resolution and automation scripting Bash Python Node as applicable

Clear concise documentation skills ability to coordinate multiteam releases in a fast-paced program

Mandatory Skills : Docker

Preferred

Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and Snowflake integrations data pipelines

Familiarity with Jira Azure DevOps for work item traceability and release notes

Experience with API middleware integration patterns during Salesforce migrations

Knowledge of quality tools PMD Code Scan SonarQube and security controls Vault KMS SSO

Prior work in loyalty CRM domain migrations
