Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of software that meets business and client needs by partnering with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Agile delivery cycles

Write, test and debug production‑grade front‑end and back‑end code, and deliver reliable, high‑quality features

Maintain and improve existing codebases, drive peer reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure long‑term maintainability and quality

Implement, operate and support CI/CD and DevOps practices to automate builds, tests and deployments and accelerate reliable delivery

Mentor and coach junior developers, share technical guidance and best practices, and help the team continuously raise its performance
