Responsibilities

Conduct financial and actuarial analyses, including trend analysis, profitability reporting, and rate/price guidance; communicate findings and recommendations to business partners

Monitor growth and profitability metrics monthly, identifying emerging patterns and sharing insights with Actuarial and Underwriting teams

Collaborate with Underwriting and Product teams on strategies and execution

Support ad hoc analyses for new business opportunities and cross-functional data requests, while identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data pipelines

Apply technical skills (e.g., R, SQL, Python) to enhance team efficiency and uncover insights into book performance

Support project planning and communication efforts, including strategy development, meeting facilitation, and presentations to Product and Underwriting partners
