Wealth Management Advisor
Windward Recruiting is seeking a strategic, client-focused Wealth Advisor to join their independent RIA serving individuals and families. This relationship-driven role focuses on holistic planning and personalized financial guidance for high-net-worth clients, managing their full wealth planning relationship.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor for a select group of HNW clients, managing the full wealth planning relationship
Design and deliver comprehensive financial plans addressing investment, estate, tax, charitable, and retirement strategies
Partner with internal experts across planning, operations, and investment management to implement client solutions
Maintain proactive communication with clients, anticipating needs and initiating value-driven conversations
Collaborate on business development efforts, including referrals, networking, and relationship expansion
Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and best practices in fiduciary wealth management
Contribute to firm initiatives, internal process improvements, and team culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in financial advisory roles, preferably within an RIA, wirehouse, or private bank
CFP required
Proven experience serving clients with $1M–$10M+ in investable assets
Strong planning and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor strategies to each client's needs
Familiarity with both public and private investment offerings
Technologically fluent; comfortable with CRM systems and financial planning tools (eMoney preferred)
Clean U4 and strong commitment to fiduciary standards
