Member Experience Representative
RemX is seeking a Floating Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service while supporting multiple branch locations. This role focuses on providing outstanding member service through various channels and assisting members with their banking needs.

Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding member service through in-person, phone, chat, and email interactions
Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and support daily banking transactions
Assist members with loan applications, account maintenance, and financial services
Educate and promote digital banking tools, including mobile and online platforms
Recommend financial products and services aligned with members’ needs and goals
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards, including BSA/AML
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of customer service experience (banking or financial services preferred)
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel between branch locations
