Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and evaluate engaging activities, events, and outings that enrich residents’ lives
Build strong relationships with residents and families, incorporating personal interests and life histories into programming
Support monthly activity calendars and assist with transportation for community outings
Observe and document resident participation and progress to ensure individualized care plans are met
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our mission and values
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or working with older adults preferred
Chauffeur or Class C driver's license desirable (or willingness to obtain)
