Commercial HVAC Sales Account Executive
MOHR Talent is partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC & mechanical services company expanding its service and retrofit business across South Florida. This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle for commercial service, retrofit, and replacement projects, requiring strong sales skills and the ability to manage client relationships.

Own the full sales cycle for commercial service, retrofit, and replacement projects
Prospect and close new business
Conduct site walks and system assessments
Build proposals and pricing with estimating/engineering
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and client relationships
Qualification
Required
4+ years commercial HVAC / mechanical / fire protection sales
Bilingual Spanish & English (required)
Managed or grown a $2M+ book of business
Can read blueprints
Hunter mentality; comfortable being on the road
