This role involves providing executive support, coordinating recruiting efforts, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities
Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and scheduling
Prepare agendas and track follow-ups and action items
Handle communication, coordination, and logistics
Keep priorities organized and moving forward
Post and manage job listings (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals)
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
Coordinate interviews with CEO and managers
Track candidates and hiring progress
Assist with offers, background checks, and start dates
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Ensure tools, access, and paperwork are ready
Track onboarding checklists and milestones
Serve as point of contact for new employees
Maintain organization across systems (Asana, Slack, CRM)
Support HR administration and payroll coordination
Keep SOPs and internal documentation organized
Ensure office operations run smoothly
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role
Experience supporting senior leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities
Proficient with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
Preferred
Recruiting or HR coordination experience
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or operations-heavy environments
Familiarity with Asana, Slack, or CRM systems
