Define best practices, standards, and guardrails for AI-assisted development
Support rollout of new Copilot features and capabilities
Measure and report on productivity, quality, and adoption metrics
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and IP policies
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Experience in coaching engineering teams
Ability to define best practices, standards, and guardrails for AI-assisted development
Experience in supporting rollout of new Copilot features and capabilities
Ability to measure and report on productivity, quality, and adoption metrics
Knowledge of security, compliance, and IP policies
