Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of effective enterprise compliance oversight programs

Systematically identify, organize, and maintain company-wide policies and standards within the scope of enterprise compliance

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to provide expert guidance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

Develop, revise, and document compliance program policies and procedures, introducing new compliance standards as needed

Identify and implement corrective action plans to resolve complex compliance issues

Evaluate and communicate the operational efficiency and effectiveness of compliance programs, establishing measurable standards and leveraging both internal and external resources

Serve as a subject matter expert and key resource for compliance programs and regulatory matters impacting business operations

Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Extensive experience in compliance governance, preferably in a large enterprise or financial services organization

Proven ability to build relationships and consensus with key stakeholders, including executive management

Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, with a track record of independently researching best-in-class solutions through education, industry networking, and regulatory research

Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate internal and external partners on program benefits and regulatory expectations

Experience in team management and collaboration, with creative, solution-oriented thinking

Energy and enthusiasm for building innovative programs that enhance global risk management activities

Attention to detail in documentation and cataloguing of policies and standards

Strong communication and influence skills across all levels of management
