Responsibilities
Accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data in company systems
Performing administrative tasks to support daily operations
Communicating effectively with internal teams or clients
Providing support in organizing and managing databases
Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Typing and Computer Literacy to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and system usage
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks and ability to manage organizational responsibilities
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry
Familiarity with database management systems and basic office software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Additional certifications in relevant fields are preferred
