Junior Brand Manager

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day management of assigned brands across retail, e-commerce, and DTC channels, serving as a primary point of contact and escalating strategic decisions as needed
Assist in building and executing annual brand plans, go-to-market strategies, and growth initiatives
Monitor daily sales, inventory, and performance metrics; analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and share insights with cross-functional partners
Review and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) to ensure content accuracy, competitive positioning, pricing, and strong customer experience
Track inventory levels, flagging low stock, out-of-stock risks, and demand shifts tied to promotions or campaigns
Maintain awareness of competitive activity, category trends, and market dynamics, sharing relevant insights with leadership
Support ROI and profitability analysis for marketing and promotional efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization
Manage brand tasks and timelines within project management tools, ensuring initiatives, follow-ups, and deliverables stay on track
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries, dashboards, and brand updates for internal stakeholders and brand partners
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Creative, Logistics, and Finance teams to support launches, promotions, and operational readiness
Assist with brand onboarding, new item setup, forecasting, and expansion into new channels or markets
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of brand content, documentation, and approvals across all channels
Build a strong understanding of each brand’s positioning, guidelines, products, and distribution strategy while staying informed on industry and beauty/wellness trends
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2–4 years of experience in brand management, account management, client services, or a related role
Experience within beauty, wellness, personal care, fashion, or CPG strongly preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience creating clear, effective presentations
Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leaders effectively
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience within beauty, wellness, personal care, fashion, or CPG strongly preferred
