Responsibilities

Be a great leader to your dedicated team of account strategists and project managers. Consistently coach them in their development to improve their skills

Consistently find ways to help our accounts meet their goals and in doing so, grow the revenue generated from your assigned roster

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded

Develop and maintain a deep expertise of knowledge about your assigned industry (healthcare, nonprofits, for profit for good, and education) and accounts. Account Directors should be the most knowledgeable people at the agency when it comes to understanding their accounts’ businesses

While the Account Director is rarely responsible for crafting strategies or project management, they must be adept at reviewing work for quality and high level problem solving to help accounts reach their goals

Every 5by5 team member is required to hit monthly goals related to billable time entry
