Responsibilities

Provide support for office and manufacturing hardware
Install, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware, printers, peripherals, and software
Provide customer service support via phone and remote access
Must be able take direction from management and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT
2+ years of experience
Proficient in PC installation, upgrades, and repair
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Good understanding of server and networking technology
Must be able to take direction from management and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
Travel: 25%
